FAQs

What is the process like?

Getting started is simple. Fill out our design form, and we’ll provide a detailed quotation. Once approved, we’ll share a project deck outlining the design and execution timeline. After finalizing the design, we move into planning and on-site execution.

What is the cost of a mural?

The cost depends on the size of the wall, required manpower, and the complexity of the design and overall project. Share your project details with us, and we’ll assess costs to provide an accurate quotation tailored to your needs. If you have a fixed budget in mind, please let us know, and we’ll explore feasible solutions to meet your project needs.

How long does an average mural painting take to complete?

Timelines vary based on size, design complexity, and feedback turnaround. For a standard mural (6m x 3m), the process typically takes:

Design development: 4–6 weeks
Logistics preparation: 1 week
Painting on-site : 5–7 days on-site

Larger projects may take 2–4 weeks for painting, depending on the scale and intricacy. In total, an average mural is completed within 6–8 weeks.

What are the working hours like and how many artists will be on-site?

Our team typically works Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Weekend or night work is available upon request but may incur additional costs. A typical team includes 3–5 artists to complete most projects within 1–2 weeks, minimizing inconvenience to you.

What type of paints do you use? Does it smell? How long does the paints the paint take to dry and how long will the mural last?

We use NIPPON Vinilex 5000, a water-based, low-odor emulsion paint suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Drying Time:
Surface dries in 30 minutes; fully dries in 1–2 hours.

Durability:
With proper maintenance, murals last 5–8 years without touch-ups.

Our paint is virtually odorless, allowing us to work in occupied spaces without disruptions. (Safety data sheets are available upon request.)

How many design changes can I make and what is considered a design revision?

You’re entitled to three design revisions during the project timeline.

Minor Adjustments:
Small changes (e.g., color tweaks or repositioning elements) are part of the refinement process and don’t count as full revisions.

Full Revisions:
Major changes (e.g., reworking the concept or layout) count as one revision and require extra design time.
