Here’s how we make it happen:
Discovery session
Every mural begins with a conversation.
We start with a discovery session to listen, imagine, and collaborate with you. Your vision guides every step, as we diagnose your project’s needs and develop a tailored concept proposal. Costs are carefully estimated based on timeline, manpower, dimensions, and design complexities, ensuring a thoughtful approach from the start.
Project Confirmation
Where ideas take shape.
With insights in hand, we present creative concepts, a project timeline, and a detailed quotation. Once approved, your project begins. Whether it’s a mural design and painting private commission, a CSR mural, or immersive art and technology experience, we assign a dedicated designer to bring your vision to life with purpose and originality.
Design development
Crafting your mural’s vision.
Our designer takes the lead in turning your ideas into a conceptual sketch, complete with a short write-up explaining the concept. This stage includes up to three revisions, ensuring the design aligns with your vision. Once approved, we refine the artwork—working on outlines, testing color palettes, and adding details. A final mockup provides a realistic impression of the mural in its space, allowing any final adjustments before moving into execution.
Logistics preparation
Preparing for seamless execution.
Your dedicated Project Manager overseeing the execution stage will assemble a skilled team of mural artists suited to your project. They coordinate logistics and assist with essential site requirements, including:
☐ Storage Space: For materials and tools.
☐ Ladders: If available on-site.
☐ Power Outlet: For projection equipment.
☐ Wash Point: For cleaning brushes.
☐ Background Paint: Share the color code for touch-ups.
☐ Access Passes: Coordinate with your security team if required.
On-Site Execution
Bringing your mural to life.
With the design approved, we move to painting, equipped with all necessary materials. Our team oversees every detail with precision, documenting the process and celebrating the final transformation with you. From start to finish, our multi-disciplinary team ensures flawless execution, free from the challenges of a one-person operation.
The Handover
Delivering a masterpiece with care.
Your dedicated Project Manager will present the completed mural for final sign-off and ensure the site is cleaned and transport the materials back to our studio. Within a few days, you’ll receive:

✔ Documentation archive link
✔ Endorsed handover form
Additionally, every mural includes a Complimentary Care Package, offering one minor touch-up session within a year of completion, ensuring your mural remains vibrant and pristine.
