A'shua Imran's journey in mural artistry is characterized by his distinctive vision of blending immersive technology with traditional mural techniques. He founded Mural Lingo in 2014 to create opportunities for artists to practice mural painting and to develop a sustainable ecosystem for the creative community.
The wide-ranging influence of the studio is exemplified by the partnerships he has formed with esteemed institutions such as Google, the National Arts Council (NAC), the National Gallery Singapore, the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), and others. Imran has shared his expertise through talks and workshops at numerous educational institutions, including LASALLE College of the Arts, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, GEMS World Academy (Singapore), Wits School of Art (South Africa), and Carmarthen School of Art (UK). In 2018, he was invited to mentor at the Young Singaporeans Conference, hosted by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS.
Today, Imran focuses on international markets while overseeing educational programs and social impact projects. He continues to investigate the untapped potential of immersive, multi-sensory arts and technology experiences.
